The vibration in Electro Mechanical Feeder is due to eccentric movement of the unbalanced weights seated on each side of motor. The twin motor vibrator drives arranged for counter rotation that provides linear vibratory action and conveys the product across the vibrating surface.

Electromechanical Vibrating Feeder Working :

The vibrator motor stator frame is fabricated in steel or cost in spheroid graphitic iron. With the stand the heavy vibrating forces, the windings/connections are properly reinforced. For handling large quantities of materials, vibrator motors can be adopted for conveyors and feeders, which are moved by linear force along with conveyor. To the plane of the conveyor, vibrator motors are fixed at an angle between 30o to 45o. To ensure the smooth, volumetric flow and free flow to the material, the tray is designed in way that gives the system both upward and forward motion and horizontal vibrations. As per IS:8723 -1978, Heavy-Duty Vibrating Feeders are available in a variety of trough size and shapes. For varying abrasive materials, the vibratory tray is heavily fabricated duly stiffened with angles wear resistance plate.
